Depuis plusieurs années, cette artiste vivant entre Rome et Paris se passionne pour les représentations d'espace, depuis les cartes géographiques jusqu'aux conventions du paysage peint. Pour la galerie 8 + 4 elle vient de réaliser une série d'œuvres reprenant les codes de représentation du globe, composé de deux tissus superposés, l'un de feutre au fini mat, l'autre à chaque fois différent d'œuvres en œuvres.

Le travail de l’artiste fut ici de découper les contours géographiques des pays pour laisser entrevoir le tissu sous-jacent, comme l'émergence d'une nouvelle réalité supplantant l'arbitraire des frontières. Par le jeu de cette découpe et la mise en scène de la tension entre les deux tissus, elle réalise des œuvres à mi-chemin entre la sculpture et le bas-relief.
