Shipping of your package
Packages are usually shipped in a delay of 3 to 4 working days after reception of your payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without a signature or via UPS, depending on your choice. Whatever shipping mode you chose, you will receive a link enabling you to track your package online.
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging fees as well as postal charges. Preparation fees are flat whereas transportation fees vary according to the package’s total weight. We recommend you regroup your products in one order. We cannot regroup two orders that were made separately, and shipping fees apply to both orders. We cannot be held responsible for packages that were damaged, stolen or lost during transportation. However, we are committed to taking care of every product’s packaging before shipment.
The boxes’ sizes are adapted and your products will be properly protected.
