Lucile Chombart de Lauwe realized a series called At Night from which two photographs in a limited edition have been extracted: Caterpillar Charleroi, 2009 and Port autonome de Marseille, 2010.
She presents people who work at night, whom she frequented during three years.
The two photographs in a limited edition reflect upon the solitude expressed by the artist to account for the work, as well as a feeling of majesty in the beauty of nightlight, making daylight seem dull in comparison.
