Auguste Herbin is considered one of the undisputed masters of colour. Auguste Herbin led an active role in the great Fauvist and Cubist revolutions, and after the First World War, he became one of the main protagonists in the great movement toward Abstractionism, in particular with “Abstraction – Creation” and “New Realities”. A founder of the Abstract art movement in France, AugustenHerbin left an outstanding mark on his century.
