Mo Mote is an extract of the Tournon's Apocalypse or Grand Livre (2008), specially created in the form of a leporello by Philippe Favier. This “accordion-book” unfolds over six metres or so in length. This edition refers to the epics which have always fascinated the artist, like Lawrence of Arabia or Sir Perceval.

This creation is a reference to the epics that have always inspired Philippe Favier, from Lawrence or Araby to the Bayeux's tapestry, from Perceval to Jack Kerouac's manuscript... Texte by Sophie Latil.

Limited edition (100 copies numbered and signed by Philippe Favier). Dimensions of the book closed : 22x22 cm ; open : 572x22 cm. Printing by digital transcription of the original on 80g white paper.

Mo Mote means "anywhere inside" in Swahili.
