Bardet (Guillaume)
Guillaume Bardet trained at ENSAD. He was awarded the French Academy Scholarship in Rome in 2002 and created “Le Mobilier immobile” (Immobile Furniture), nine marble pieces.
He developed a career as an interior architect and urban designer. In 2007, he created “L'Usage des jours” (The Use of Days), a collection of 365 ceramic pieces designed and produced over two years. In 2011, he received the prestigious “Dialogue de l'Intelligence de la main” (Dialogue of the Intelligence of the Hand) award (Bettencourt Foundation).
He published L’usage des jours with Bernard Chauveau. Since 2015, he has devoted himself to his project “La Fabrique du Présent” (The Factory of the Present). In 2017, he exhibited the first chapter of this project, La Cène (The Last Supper), at the Couvent de la Tourette. Guillaume Bardet lives and works in Dieulefit.
